FAQ

What is Rowdy Race Co.?

Rowdy Race Co. was founded by Gillian Coyle, a female dirt bike enthusiast. Frustrated with the options available for female riders, Gillian decided to create gear that could be loved by everyone.

We believe that every rider deserves to get rowdy. This company was created with every gender, skill level, and style of riding in mind. Together, our community makes sure that no rider is left behind.

Where is your gear made?

Our goal is to create gear that inspires people to get rowdy for generations to come. With this in mind, we must ensure that we protect the spaces where we get to play in the dirt.

We are proud that our gear is ethically manufactured in the United States. We utilize Eco-friendly fabrics and ensure that they are created under fair working conditions. We want to remain fully transparent with the manufacturing of our gear, which is why you will see a description of ethical measures taken in the description of each item.

How fast will my item ship?

We ship all items within 24 business hours of purchase. Once it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From here on out, it is up to the United States Postal Service to get it to your door. If you have any questions about shipping or where your order is at, feel free to email us at rowdyraceco@gmail.com.

Where are you located?

Our company is based out of Tucson, Arizona. Although we do not have a physical store location, we handle everything from packaging your orders, customer service, quality control, and marketing right out of Arizona!

How can I contact you?

Feel free to get in touch through the "Contact us" page. You can also send us an email at rowdyraceco@gmail.com.

P.S. If you want some real honesty...we're going to do our best to get back to you in 24 hrs. And by "we" I mean me...because this company is run by one person. I love you and would never leave you on read. If you don't get a response within 24 hours...it's probably because I got distracted scrolling on Tik Tok or trying to figure out how to change the tire on my pit bike without pinching the tube.
